Low plank obliques
I got better at EVERYTHING! I’m so happy but this fit test never gets easier. I also did the Lower Belly Pooch and half of Inner Thigh Insanity from blogilates.
I’ve been getting really lazy with my workout schedule since it’s summer and I’m pretty busy, but next month it’s my goal to workout more and put my health before anything. Today I did 17 minutes of cardio and now I feel fantasticccc. Time for a shower!
